REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION 

The Metalcasting Store LLC stands behind our products. All prices specified are retail prices. Prices are current at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time and from time to time without notice. We want referrals through word of mouth. If you are not satisfied in any way, contact us! We will always try to work out a solution to the item(s) in question. Return of material is not allowed without prior verbal or written authorization by the Metalcasting Store LLC’s Representative.  If a product is returned, we highly recommend that you insure all returned products and use a trackable shipping method as refunds cannot be issued for items damaged or lost during the return process never received. We have outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience: Opened products may be returned for an exchange, for any reason. Simply send the product back to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. When we receive your package, we will either issue you a store credit or credit the card used at the time of purchase for the full purchase price of your product, minus any shipping & handling fees within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned product. Unopened and opened products may be returned as cancellation, for any reason. Simply send the product back to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. When we receive your package, we will credit the card used at the time of purchase for the full purchase price of your product, minus any shipping & handling fees and a 50% restocking fee within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned product. If damaged product and replacement product requested, return in its original packaging within 7 calendar days of receipt. If there was some error on our part, the return shipping costs will be incurred by us. Items are not returnable or refunded if shipped internationally. All changes and cancellations on previously acknowledged orders must first be phoned in for a return code from us and then followed up in writing to us with the code within 24 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to report lost or damaged items on the shipping papers at the time of receipt.  The Metalcasting Store LLC is not responsible for reimbursing or replacing material not properly identified as lost or damaged if not documented properly as time of receipt.  If your product is found to be defective, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance and a waiver of any defects, errors or shortages.  We require the defective item to be returned to us for inspection before processing a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. 

WARRANTY, INSTALL 

The Metalcasting Store LLC stands behind our products. There is a LIFETIME warranty on some products depending upon application.  Our warranty is extended only to purchasers acquiring the product directly from the Metalcasting Store LLC or its authorized installers. When installing metal products near or in any body of water, we suggest the installer check your local building codes. If CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings are supplied with your product, the drawings represent approximate product dimensions.  Actual product size must be verified by the installer of the product in the field. The Metalcasting Store LLC’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, F.O.B. the Metalcasting Store LLC. No other warranty expressed or implied is granted. The Metalcasting Store LLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage associated with use, removal, or re-installation.
